Founding Partner
Founded the practice in 2009 after a decade in institutional work. Leads cultural and civic commissions and chairs the studio's design review.
Tomás Vidal
Founding Partner
Directs delivery and technical design. Believes the detail is where an idea is either kept or lost, and rarely delegates the section.
Aya Okonkwo
Partner, Design
Leads the residential and adaptive-reuse studios. Joined in 2014 and became partner in 2020.
Léon Merchant
Partner, Delivery
Oversees construction and contract administration across the studio's institutional portfolio.
